The Osmani Centre for Peace and Security Studies (OCPASS) Foundations is an autonomous non-profit entity affiliated to the Bangladesh Army. The articles and other contents, which appear on website are individual expressions of opinions of the researchers. The views expressed are those of the authors and do not reflect the official position of the Bangladesh Armed Forces or the government. The OCPASS neither bar or scrutinise articles to promote any particular editorial agenda, nor endorse or advocate material that is published. Rather, the OCPASS provides a forum for military and civilian scholars and experts to fostering collaboration and providing a balanced and inclusive perspectives. Comments will be moderated before posting to ensure rational, professional, and courteous application to article content.
